Gan Ay Ya Abel Pitch Deck Redesign
Designed a pitch deck for Gan-Ay Ya Abel, a cultural fashion venture connecting Cordilleran weavers with Filipino communities in Hong Kong, for the DOST IFWD Program. The deck translates its cultural mission, market opportunity, traction, business model, and funding needs into a compelling startup story.

Project overview
The challenge
Gan-Ay Ya Abel had a powerful story rooted in Filipino identity, Cordilleran weaving, and the lived experience of OFWs. The challenge was turning that story into a clear venture narrative that could communicate the problem, solution, market opportunity, traction, differentiation, and funding requirements within a competitive program setting.
The solution
Structured the pitch around a clear emotional and business narrative, connecting cultural identity with a tangible market opportunity. Used strong visual hierarchy, storytelling, market visualization, product presentation, traction highlights, and a focused funding ask to make the venture easier to understand and remember.
